As far as training goes, I’ve been lucky enough to have been exposed a range of sports and training methods. Each of these sports have different theories on diet, supplements and training specific to the movement required while competing. My body has had a variety of expectations training wise, when I was rowing during school I had to be flexible, lean and extremely fit. My focus switched to rugby after school where my explosive power and size was the more dominant training goal. Now that I no longer compete I simply train for life and since starting at Roark my performance has accelerated beyond measure, a typical “I wish I knew then what I know now” situation.

I was lucky enough to meet Kimberly while coaching at Roark and we started to talk about goals and what I was lacking in my diet and training. My strength had plateaued even when I was mixing up my training but my lack of energy along with a disorganised eating schedule was holding me back.

She suggested I start taking Vibrant Health from Natural Vibrance, which consisted of Maximum Vibrance for my early morning post-workout shake, Super Natural Boron to protect my joints and connective tissue and Krebs Zinc to naturally increase my energy levels. I eat well but my timing of meals wasn’t good enough so she sorted my life out to eat and supplement at the right times of the day.

Within 6 weeks of our meeting I was hitting Personal Bests, which I had been aiming for since 2011. In 3 months I went from squatting 185kg to 200kg and ran my fastest 10km in 49 minutes. I was waking up with more energy in the mornings, the ache I had in my knees when I woke up was almost non-existent and I’m recovering far quicker between my sessions. I can’t remember the last time I was sick and with all the changes, a few excess kilos have dropped off without even trying while still being able to maintain the strength I’ve gained.

Thanks for everything Natural Vibrance
