I received the products a week before leaving for the annual National water polo tournament. I found the protein drink to be most effective. This was easy to mix (with water/juice) and drink straight after a match. It was quite filling and very convenient to have after a training/match when you don’t always have access to food/meal. I really like the vanilla flavour the best. The sachets were most effective whilst away on tour, and when we had to train/play twice/three times a day.
I have been taking the Green vibrance (natural flavour) each morning for the last 3 months. I have found it has given me a lot of energy through the day and like the idea of drinking something so natural. I can definitely feel the effects of its detox properties and have felt that my immune system has strengthened. I have yet to get sick or the flu this winter since taking the product!
I mixed the power into a smoothie form with water, raw cocoa, banana, honey and ice. I found it to be quite refreshing.
I will definitely continue to take the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy lifestyle, not just sports athletes.
