Suggested Use

For oxygenation (internal use):
Add 3 drops to 250ml purified water. Use only as directed, and never undiluted.

For water purification (semi-polluted water):
1–3 drops per 250ml.

For 3% solution (external use):
Dilute 50ml of 35% peroxide into 500ml distilled water.
Use for cleaning fruits, vegetables, crockery, cutlery, chopping boards, surfaces, etc. Rinse produce within 3–5 minutes.

For nebulizing/humidifiers:
Add 5ml of a 3% solution to a steamer/humidifier for atmospheric sterilization.
