Description

This is a homoeopathic medicine which assists in supporting the function of the nervous system for treatment of skin blemishes, pimples, itchy skin, dermatitis, skin sensitivity, skin blotches and acne caused by nervous stress and tension. Assists in the treatment of prediagnosed stress-induced eczema. Also for treatment of mild anxiety, mild depression, stress, edginess, excitability, nerve-induced exhaustion, mental and physical fatigue, poor concentration, poor memory, night terrors (nightmares) and fear (especially fear of falling when walking down stairs). This medicine is an adjuvant for treatment of poor memory and eczema may be used to complement existing medication for the treatment of these conditions.
To be sure that serious conditions do not persist undetected, please ensure that eczema is prediagnosed by a suitably qualified practitioner.

Homoeophatic Mode of Action

Acidum phosphoricum acts on the whole constitution to relieve physical and mental debility and exhaustion, to counteract the loss of vital body fluids and to improve poor memory and the effects of shock and grief. Baryta carbonica acts on the cardiovascular system and the central nervous system to stimulate physical and mental growth and development in infants. In the aged, it helps to counter poor memory, mental weakness, indecisiveness, confusion, bashfulness, aversion to strangers, grief over trifles and senile dementia. Borax relieves severe anxiety and fear, sensitivity to sudden noise, dread of downward motion, trembling of the whole body, frenetic dreams and crying out in sleep. It treats skin eruptions associated with tension, psoriasis, herpes infections and chilblains. Carbo vegetabilis acts on the vascular and lymphatic systems to restore energy to the mind and body, to prevent fainting and hair loss and to treat itchy scalp and skin and varicose ulcers. Cinchona succirubra treats debility, insomnia and nervous dermatitis associated with sever sensitiveness to touch. Coffea cruda relieves hypersensitive skin, nervous agitation, restlessness, sensitivity, intolerance of pain and excitability. Symptoms are associated with sudden emotion and hypersensitivity. Kalium phosphoricum acts on the central and sympathetic nervous system especially in the young and treats anxiety, irritability, night terrors, loss of memory, poor concentration, brain fatigue, despondency and shyness associated with overwork, excitement and worry. It also treats somnambulence. Selenium metallicum acts on the mind and skin to counteract physical and mental debility, easy exhaustion, extreme sadness, abject despair, tension of the scalp, dry, scaly palmar eruptions, itching of the ankles, vesicular eruption between fingers, seborrhoea, oily skin, alopecia and acne.

Warnings

Please consult your practitioner if symptoms are severe or persist without improvement for longer than the following time limits: Dermatitis should improve within three days; itchy skin within two weeks; stress and symptoms of edginess within three weeks; mild anxiety, mild depression, exhaustion, mental and physical fatigue, night terrors, skin blotches, skin sensitivity and skin blemishes should improve within four weeks; poor memory and poor concentration within eight weeks and acne should improve within twelve weeks. Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the stated dose. In the rare event of hypersensitivity to an ingredient in this medicine, discontinue use. Substitute existing medical treatment under professional supervision.

Dosage and Directions

Take ten drops directly on the tongue or diluted in a little water three times daily. May be taken one to two hourly in acute cases while symptoms are severe. Dilute with water for infants or young children and allow to stand for a short time before administering.
