Directions for Use

• Adults: Take 10 drops, 3 times daily before meals.
• Children 6–12 years: 7 drops in a ¼ glass of water or juice.

• Place drops under the tongue or dilute in a little water. For an alcohol-free option, add drops to hot water, allow to cool, then sip.
