It is used as a natural body detoxifier, with the glucoronic acid found in kombucha playing an important role in the detoxification process. Raw kombucha vinegar contains B vitamins, amino acids, good yeast and bacteria, antibiotic substances and acetic, lactic, gluconic and glucuronic acids – all because of the special, unique fermentation process used to brew it.

Directions for use:

Take 1 or more tbsp. first thing every morning, mixed in a glass of warm water (preferably boiled or non-chlorinated) or juice. Works best if taken on an empty stomach.

Although there is no daily recommended allowance for kombucha vinegar, generally for acidic drinks one should not exceed 200ml per day. This is not recommended for kids under 12 or for pregnant / breastfeeding women, since it contains a high concentration of probiotics.

Store at room temperature for maximum efficiency. Keep out of direct sunlight.
