What is the KANNA / SCELETIUM plant?

Kanna or Sceletium has been used for centuries in South Africa as a traditional medicinal herb and natural anti-depressant by San and Khoikhoi people. Traditionally the plant is chewed, brewed into teas, or smoked. South African San people use Kanna (or also known as Kougoed) as a mood enhancer, pain reliever, sleeping aid, to relieve anxiety or stress, quench their thirst, fight fatigue, or for healing and spiritual purposes.

Both TRISTILL & KANNAXEON contain Sceletium Tortuosum extract – although they each have different alkaloid profiles (mesembrine). Dosage & directions for use:
