Homeophatic Mode of Action

Acidum phosphoricum acts on the nervous system to treat mental and physical debility following excessive stress and overwork.

Avena sativa has a nutritive action on the brain and nervous system to relieve nervous exhaustion.

Cinchona succirubra treats an indifferent and despondent mindset, promotes sleep and relieves restlessness.

Cola acuminata increases endurance under prolonged exertion.

Cuprum metallicum counters a morose mindset, giddiness and palpitations.

Humulus lupulus has a mild sedative effect and calms a stressed nervous system.

Pulsatilla vulgaris acts on the nervous system to balance changeable emotions, relieve excessive tearfulness, restore self-esteem and strengthen willpower.

Strychnos nux-vomica acts on the nervous and the digestive systems to relieve, fatigue, tension, impaired concentration, sleeplessness and digestive discomfort like heartburn, associated with prolonged overwork.

Valeriana officinalis has a mild sedative effect and helps relieve irritability.

Veratrum album relieves excessive chronic weakness and collapse states.

Dosage and Directions

10 drops directly on the tongue or diluted in a little water three times daily. May be taken hourly in acute cases while symptoms are severe. Reduce dosage with improvement of symptoms.
