I truly recommend this to all who are suffering from constipation. It is essential when healing the bowels and Gastro-intestinal tract, as it is vital to empty out all toxins as soon as possible. The longer stoll lies in the intestines – the more the toxins get re-absorbed into the blood stream. It is possible that you may experience a much looser stool than normal, but this should stabilise after a few weeks. Should this occur – simply take a smaller amount daily till your body has detoxed itself further. Most of the initial bodily reactions will be due to a detox response in the body. This is referred to as a Herxheimer reaction. You could experience a headache and sore joints or muscles as well as some gastrointestinal disturbances – this is all perfectly normal, and a part of the healing process.
