E-COMMERCE & PRIVACY

The Website http://www.naturalvibrancelife.co.za sells various products online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.
The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order.

CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING – PAYMENT GATEWAY

Credit Card Transactions are acquired by Payfast, a payment service for South Africans and South African websites. Card Holders may go to www.payfast.co.za to view Payfast’s security policy.

SHIPPING

Our courier service collects from us daily at 15:00 pm. Please bear in mind that to ensure product quality, all consignments are sent by road (avoiding exposure to X-RAYS). Road shipments to Durban and Johannesburg only leave on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and may take up to 72 hours to be delivered.

RETURNS POLICY

As per the rules and regulations set up by the Medical Control Council, we are prohibited from accepting any returns on products once they have left our premises. It is vital that you please take the time to verify your order and confirm that the items are in fact what you ordered, before making payment. Once payment has been received, we will take this as confirmation that the order is correct. Therefore in this case any stock disputed by the customer, will unfortunately be the customers responsibility.

Product may be returned under the following conditions and only if Natural Vibrance is notified as soon as possible;

• If incorrect products were supplied by Natural Vibrance (product differs from Invoice)
• Goods were damaged during transit must be photographed, signed and send as proof in acknowledgement by driver delivering goods.
• Product Recall from manufacturer
• Quality Complaint

If you have received any product incorrectly and would like to lodge a claim as per the above criteria, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Natural Vibrance and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Natural Vibrance does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Natural Vibrance itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
