Angé is a qualified Occupational Therapist, who has studied and followed alternative healing therapies for twenty years while living in New York.

She returned to SA years ago, and started Importing the Vibrant Health range of organic nutritional supplements – as she had a profound first hand healing experience from the Green Vibrance in the range, a few years prior when extremely ill herself.

As a health consultant, Ange uses her broad knowledge of the human body, as well as health and healing modalities to determine her client’s innate needs. She works deeply with her own very strong instincts which she confirms via Kinesiology. She is able to tap into a client’s energy field – even over the phone, to help work out their problems and find solutions. This is all done in conjunction with changing and evolving the client’s lifestyle and diet (in order to take out all irritants to the body while cellular healing is taking place), and helped with detoxification, Nutritional, mental, spiritual and emotional support). Any and all conditions can be treated: constipation, diarrhoea, IBS, Colitis, Candida, fatigue, M.E, viral over load i.e. herpes, as well as arthritis, joint health, sports nutrition, Cholesterol and general well being etc.

TRE (Stress & Trauma Release)

As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I always strive to work with the entire body system – mind, body, soul, knowing that dis-ease comes not only from our surroundings and what we feed our bodies, but also from our day-to-day emotional lives (both past and present) and our belief systems about ourselves.

I was thrilled when Dr. Melanie Salmon first introduced TRE to South Africa. I attended her initial workshop in Somerset West, and immediately recognized it as a powerful healing modality. I had observed that many of my clients came to me with a wide range of health issues, and upon digging deeper, the root often traced back to a traumatic event—whether it was an accident, a surgery, emotional pain, or a challenging or traumatic childhood. While I could support them significantly from a nutritional perspective, it became clear that many of my clients also needed emotional healing.

I started referring clients to TRE, but somehow none of them ever went. When questioned why – it seemed another thing they needed to do, and another practitioner they needed to align with. So, I decided to train as a TRE Practitioner to be able to help my clients release the stress and trauma that was holding them back from deeper healing. It was in complete alignment my purpose, but TRE had another purpose for me. MY HEALING!

What was supposed to be “training” to help my clients on a deeper level – turned out to be a truly profound healing journey for me. I had buried so much of my trauma deep inside with all my training and “knowledge” of healing and what to do, but when those wounds were opened up, I went through years of deep healing work.

I will always be deeply grateful for the transformative impact TRE has had on my life and my family’s. It has provided me with invaluable insight to support my clients in healing on a deeper level. Personally, I am now able to enjoy a more balanced, healthier, and happier life, with a calm and regulated nervous system that no longer puts unnecessary strain on my body or contributes to dis-ease.

It is an incredible privilege to work with clients and watch them release years of stress, tension and trauma on a cellular level, knowing that it takes courage to want to go there, but it is always worth it in the end. The ability to tremor and release all stress and tension is something all Mammals are born with and it is one of our greatest gifts from God. We are also the only Mammals that have to be re-taught this natural form of release, which once we switch it back on, it stays with us forever.
