I have lost 19kg since I started training a year ago for the epic mtb race! I’m now 80kg and probably in the best shape of my life at the age of 43.
I have always supplemented and can honestly say that your products are the best I’ve ever used. I have been using green vibrance and Pure Green Protein 5 x a week before training in the form of a smoothie.
More recently I also started supplementing with super natural c, life preserver, and immune defence together 3 x a day.
This In conjunction with my shake has kept me healthy while training at the highest level for 6 months.
Recently i went to the dentist for a check-up. He said he has never seen my gums / teeth in better condition, I put it down to your supplements!
I have also successfully completed the ” world’s toughest mtb race ” without illness I might add. Last week I came 5th overall in the Sani 2 C trail race, not bad for someone who until a year ago hadn’t ridden a bike since a was a boy.
