I am a 51 year old professional sea kayak expedition guide, I also teach sailing, windsurfing & surfing & run games drive & birding tours into Northern KZN & Southern Mozambique.
I have had very serious back problems from 1985. I have spent 28 years going to chiropractors, acupuncturists & physios but with not much gain.
