Do not take Sfera Quercetin Complex:

  • if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients of Sfera Quercetin Complex.
  • if you have stomach ulcers, active bleeding, a history of bleeding or taking medications that thins the blood.

Consult your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking prescription medication. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a registered health care provider.

Children and adolescents: Not suitable for children.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Ingredients
One vegetarian capsule provides:

Sophora japonica (Quercetin) [flower] – 300 mg
Citrus aurantium (Citrus Bioflavonoids) [fruit] – 100 mg
Bromelain (80GUD/G) – 50 mg
Urtica dioica (Nettle) [leaf extract] – 50 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule, natural flow agent and microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions
Take one (1) to three (3) capsules per day on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider.
